Tuition

Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is $30,750 and includes all activities, supplies, technology management, and field-trip fees.

Financial Aid

Since our opening in 1998, Bridges’ Board of Directors has been committed to offering substantial Financial Aid funds each year in order to make a Bridges education more affordable for our families and dedicates 10% of it’s annual operating budget each year to fulfilling this promise.

This critical funding comes from individual and corporate donations, grants, and fundraising events, in large part through our Annual Auction. Without these funding sources, yearly tuition would be out of reach for 35% of Bridges families that benefit from Financial Aid each year.

Note: You’ll need a FACTS account to apply.

Financial Aid and Tuition Account Standing Policy

All families must make tuition payments on time in order to ensure their child’s continued enrollment at Bridges Middle School.  Bridges Middle School utilizes the FACTS Management System to administer its tuition payment program and financial aid assessments.  All families are required to establish an account in the FACTS system and use it for tuition and fee payment. TRP insurance is required for all families who do not pay tuition in full prior to the start of the year.

Failure to pay tuition according to the agreed upon tuition schedule may result in forced withdrawal from Bridges.  For more information, please refer to the enrollment contract.

Families receiving financial aid must keep their tuition account in good standing and meet all contractual tuition payment terms, schedules, and due dates.

A tuition account is considered in good standing when payments are current according to the signed tuition agreement or approved payment plan. If a family is unable to meet a scheduled payment, it is the family’s responsibility to contact the Business Office as soon as possible and before the account becomes past due whenever feasible.

As a best practice, Bridges may provide written notice of a past-due balance and a reasonable grace period to allow the family to bring the account current or establish an approved resolution. Failure to meet contractual tuition terms, payment due dates, or the terms of an approved payment arrangement after notice and any applicable grace period will result in the loss of the current financial aid award and the family’s eligibility for future financial aid awards.

Families who lose financial aid eligibility due to delinquent tuition payments must complete one full year of tuition payments while remaining current and in good standing before they may be considered for financial aid in a future school year. All financial aid decisions remain subject to available funds, demonstrated need, and compliance with Bridges’ tuition and enrollment policies.

Payment Plans/Tuition Refund Insurance

All families choosing payment plan B (four payments) or C (ten payments) will be required to pay an additional fee of 2.2% of annual tuition to enroll in our Tuition Refund Insurance Plan (TRP).

TRP is optional for Plan A (one payment). Your financial obligation to the school is for the full annual tuition as stated in the school’s enrollment contract.

The school cannot refund tuition or cancel unpaid obligations if your child is forced to withdraw during the academic year.

If your child withdraws, the Tuition Refund Plan will pay benefits (subject to the terms of the policy and the amount insured) to the school, which provides substantial assistance in meeting your financial obligation.

More information will be made available upon acceptance.

For students entering mid-year, the deposit and tuition are pro-rated.

Potential Tax-Deduction For Special Education Tuition

In some cases, Bridges’ tuition can be deducted as a medical expense from taxes. Please download this document to learn more about the IRS regulations for tax-deductibility of special education tuition to see if this may apply to your family. Consult your attorney or tax professional. Definitions of which children qualify as dependents also change from year to year, so always check the latest information.
