Earlier this month, our Executive Director, Beven Byrnes, was featured on More Good News Wednesday, a podcast hosted by renowned entrepreneur and thought leader David Meltzer.
During the Instagram Live interview, Beven discussed how this year’s S.O.A.R. Soirée theme, “The Art of Belonging,” reflects the heart of our work as the only middle school in Oregon exclusively serving neurodivergent students.
She noted, “We think it really matters that our kids feel known, not just seen. When they feel like they belong, that’s when learning happens.”
